Terms
Draft for early access, pending legal review
Last updated 30 October 2026
These terms cover your use of WeddingAssistant, the web app that builds a wedding website with an AI designer, and the sites it builds for you. By creating an account you agree to them.
Early access
WeddingAssistant is in early access and is free to use during this period. Features may change while we build it. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you before anything is charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
Your account
- Give an email address you can receive mail at, and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the details, words and photos you add. You give us permission to store and process them, including with AI models, so that we can build, host and change your site and run its forms. Add only photos and text you have the right to use, and only information about other people that they would expect to see on a wedding site.
What the designer makes
The designer checks the facts on your pages against what you entered, but it can still make mistakes. Review your site in the preview before you press Publish, and check it again after each change. Nothing goes live until you publish.
Your guests
Your guests reply through your site’s forms. Their replies are visible only to you. You agree to use their replies only to plan your wedding.
Acceptable use
- Use WeddingAssistant for wedding sites, and not to publish anything unlawful, hateful or misleading.
- Do not try to reach other couples’ weddings or data, or disrupt the service.
Ending your use
You can export your data and delete your wedding from the app at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we can.
The service as it is
During early access the service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Changes to these terms
These terms are a draft for early access and will be reviewed before general release. When they change, we will update this page and tell you in the app.
